At Vinyl Cutting Plotter Machines, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping and delivery process for all our valued customers. Here's a detailed breakdown of our processing and delivery procedures to help you understand what to expect when you place an order with us.

FREE Shipping on All Orders Over $85

For orders on compatible toner and ink below $85 before tax the below rate will apply:

Ontario - Flat rate of only $9.50

Quebec - Flat rate of only $13.50

All other provinces within Canada - Flat rate of only $19.50 

USA - Flat rate of only $24.99 CAD

Processing & Delivery Time

Processing time can take up to 72 hours, Toner King processes and ships out before 12pm EST/EDT. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day.

*Orders placed during the weekend, holidays, and/or special promotional sales may extend the processing & shipping time.

Our customer service team will contact you with more information if your order exceeds our rates and we require charging extra shipping. We apologize about not being able to accept returns from these select areas, if you have any problems please contact us: 647-557-9776 or send us an email. We will gladly help resolve your matters.

On average your order will be shipped the following business day, with an estimate of 1 – 5 business days. 

Ship via Expedited Parcel

Ontario & Quebec = 1-2 business days

Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Vancouver = 3-5 business days

PEI, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia = 3 - 5 business days

Territories = 7 business days

Remote locations are excluded from our flat rate/free shipping option. Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered within a remote location, since most remote locations are considered as “Air Stage Locations”. That means the location must have its deliveries airlifted, this is for more than 6 months of the year.

If your delivery location is in a remote location within the continental portion of the US, or non-continental portions of the US such as; Alaska, Hawaii, islands or any other non-standard address, additional shipping charges may apply. One of our customer service members will contact you if necessary.

International Shipping

Shipping Notes:

Some products listed on our website are not available for shipping, they’re pick-up only. In some cases special delivery is available through contacting our customer support team. Hand sanitizers and dispenser are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

This offer may be discontinued at any time; all confirmed orders placed before that time will be honored with the shipping rate they receive at the time the order was placed regardless of the shipping date.

In some cases, we may decide to split an order into multiple shipments.

Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carries. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused. Please allow 15 business days for package(s) to be delivered before Canada Post considers it as a lost package.

We don’t refund shipping costs. We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error, unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.
